HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Infrared Watches offers timepieces.
To start with your first Infrared purchase, browse for your preferred watch and click on it. Once routed to the watch’s category page, click on the watch image or title.
A prompt will appear on the right side of the website. Click on “Checkout," here, see the details of your purchase- price, quantity, and a current subtotal of the products/s in your cart. If you have a coupon, you can input the code in the “Coupon Code” box and hit “Apply Coupon.”
The discounted amount will not be displayed automatically unless you “Proceed to Checkout” page. Here, the final discounted amount will be displayed before placing your order.
I CAN’T COMPLETE MY ORDER DUE TO ERRORS. WHAT TO DO?
- Common errors while placing an order occurs mainly during the checkout process. Such errors may have something to do with your credit card’s billing information or insufficient card balance. You can try checking if the addresses match or call your bank directly for assistance.
At times, you may have put an incorrect security code in the order causing the error. To fix this, kindly double check your order during checkout and make sure that all information is correct. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover have three digits security code located at the back of the card while American Express has four digits at the front of the card.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
- Infrared Watches ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping dates are dependent upon your credit card verification, so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Deliveries also occur Monday – Friday.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Yes. A tracking number is sent to the email address provided within 1-2 business days. Otherwise, kindly contact our customer service if you have not received anything.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duty and tax fees are about 20% of the CHF amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country order was shipped to. For further information contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Infrared Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
- All cancellations and/ or change of orders are subjected to a final review in accordance with our internal guidelines. If your reason is acceptable, the changes or cancellation will be processed immediately. Please note that it is important to seek help from our customer service to process your request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
- Any items can be returned or exchanged only once for any reasons within thirty days (30) after the order is received. The item must be in the same condition upon delivery with its original packaging and tags still intact. Please first contact our customer service if you wish to exchange or return an item. The order number and the reason are required in order to process the request. Failure to contact our customer support will cause delays and may result in forfeiting your chance of returning or exchanging the item.
